~Please arrive with clean, dry hair when receiving up-do's.

~Salon Guests: Please give at least 8 hours notice when canceling or changing appointments.
    It's greatly appreciated.

~Spa Guests: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival will reduce your treatment time or result in the need to reschedule.

~A 50% deposit is required when booking wedding parties, spa packages and laser services. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 8 hours notice.

~Please provide supervision for children when receiving extended services.
